4 Tips to Becoming an Emotionally Healthy Person (Tip #3: CBD Oil)
Hey guys, it’s your girl Keys, checking in with you.
This weekend, I finally weaned off of the final dosage of my antidepressant medication. So, yay me! Very excited about that. However, it did not come without a price, because I did go through some serious stress. It really tested me and my decision. However, that kind of thing does happen, so you have to be very firm in what you know to be right for you. Right?
This leads me to tip number three: taking CBD oil. Find an amazing form fit for you—no matter if it's gummies, pills, capsules, an oil tincture, or a vape. And for those of you who don't know what CBD is, it’s the non-psychotropic version of cannabis. It’s actually very harmless, and it works wonders. The vape is really cool because it’s purely CBD. There's no cannabis in it, so it does not get you high and it sets in very quickly (meaning, you can get it into your system pretty fast). This has been pretty amazing for me while I’ve weaned off the medicine, and I've decided to use this exclusively, in addition to some herbs here and there. CBD is actually very helpful as opposed to taking Xanax or Ativan when you're having an anxiety attack. It keeps you pretty even if you're taking it in a high enough dose.
If you’re looking for a great vape online, try purecbdvapors.com. They also have little gummies called hemp bombs. Those are cool, too, and they work really well. If you’re looking for some CBD around town, some of you may have some distilleries near your home. So, I would just Google it and make sure that the CBD is in a pure form. You don't want to get anything that's garbage because it will not do what you want it to do. And it'll do a whole lot of negative things, and we don't want that, right?
So anyways, tip number three, find a pure CBD oil, no matter what form it's in. Best of luck!
