I’m Achea.

(uh-key-uh)

I’m a mental health advocate, author, and life coach helping people transition from therapy to thriving independently.

I know what it's like to finish therapy and feel like you're not quite ready to do it all on your own. That's where I come in.

I guide individuals through the in-between, the space where you're no longer in therapy but not yet fully confident in doing life on your own. Together, we'll build the tools, mindset, and confidence you need to thrive on your own terms.

The best part?

You don't have to have it all figured out. I'll meet you where you are and help you take the next step toward a life of strength, purpose, and freedom.

Your Journey To Healing Starts Here

Taking the first step toward coaching can feel like a big leap, but I’m here to make it as comfortable and supportive as possible.

  1. Fill Out the Inquiry Form: Share a little about yourself, your story, and what you’re hoping to gain from coaching.

  2. Let’s See If We’re a Match: We’ll have a relaxed, no-pressure chat to connect and make sure we’re the right fit for each other. This is your space to feel heard and understood.

  3. Create a Plan That Works for You: Together, we’ll decide on the number of sessions and structure that feels right for your needs and goals.

  4. Begin Your Journey to Healing and Growth: When you’re ready, we’ll start working together, one session at a time, to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and compassion for yourself.

The Authenticity Coach on Substack is where I share my personal journal entries filled with raw reflections, heartfelt insights, and lessons from my journey. This is my space to connect with you authentically, offering thoughts on mental health, self-discovery, and embracing your true self.

Each entry is written to inspire, encourage, and remind you that you’re not alone. It’s a space for honest conversations and meaningful growth, created with you in mind.

Taking the first step can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. A discovery call is a safe, no-pressure space where we can connect, talk about your goals, and see if coaching feels right for you.

This is your time to share your story, ask questions, and explore how we can work together to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

You deserve support that truly understands you. Let’s take this step together.

  • Absolutely. Your privacy and trust are my top priorities. Everything we discuss in our sessions stays between us.
